Technology Support Engineer

Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Must have skills: GitLab CI/CD

Minimum 3 years of experience is required. 15 years full time education is required.

  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of operational documentation to enhance team knowledge.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance service delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in GitLab CI/CD.
  • Strong understanding of version control systems and branching strategies.
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment methodologies.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment pipelines.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
