Technology Support Engineer

Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8–10 years of experience in Windows Server & VMware Infrastructure administration and design.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring a technical team.
  • Strong expertise in: Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022, AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO. VMware vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, vMotion, HA/DRS, SRM, vSAN. Patch/firmware lifecycle management and troubleshooting complex infra issues.
  • Knowledge of scripting/automation (PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform preferred).
  • Exposure to hybrid cloud (Azure/AWS) and migration projects.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (vROps, Zabbix, Datadog, SCOM, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving, incident management, and RCA skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with NSX, Horizon VDI, or Citrix.
  • Knowledge of backup solutions (Veeam, Commvault, Rubrik).
  • Understanding of FinOps/optimization strategies.
  • ITIL Foundation certified (or higher).
  • Microsoft / VMware certifications (MCSE, VCP-DCV, VCAP).
