Technology Support Engineer

Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Key Responsibilities: • Managing and mentoring a team of middleware Administrators. • Designing and implementing middleware system in accordance to end users information needs and views. • Determine, enforce and document middleware policies, procedures and standards. • Installation, upgrading, configuration and maintenance of WAS/JBOSS/Tomcat Apache/ apache web server • Security Patch, inventory management • Interact with IS team and provide the solution as per need • Conduct appropriate change, performance management • Manage end to end security • Drive automations and DEVOPS implementation • Perform tests and evaluations regularly to ensure data security, privacy and integrity. • Interface with senior management to develop strategic plans for the middleware team. • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Technical Experience: • Proven work experience as a Lead Middleware Administrator. • Familiarity with the latest middleware technology and trends. • Good understanding of disaster recovery procedures.

Professional Experience: • Minimum of 6 years or more of experience in a similar role. • Proven experience with middleware design . • Familiar with a variety of operating systems and platforms. Education Qualification: • B.E/B Tech/MCA or above.

Additional Information: • The candidate should have a minimum of 6 years and more of experience in Websphere Portal Server Administration/JBOSS/Apache Tomcat Administration. • Good problem-solving skills. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines. • Certification of Middleware technology is a plus. • A 15 years full time education is required.
