The work involves:

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software solutions for real-time systems, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define software requirements and architecture.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing to ensure software quality.
• Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in embedded environments, demonstrating a proactive approach to skill enhancement and a passion for personal development.

Here's what you'll need:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in embedded software development.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and real-time operating systems.
• Experience with microcontrollers, hardware interfaces, and debugging tools.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience with automotive or industrial embedded systems.
• Knowledge of safety-critical software standards.
• Exposure to model-based development tools.
