Customer Support Operations Specialist

Join us in creating exceptional experiences for our customers! You will have the opportunity to perform independently and become a subject matter expert while actively participating in discussions and contributing to solutions for work-related challenges. Your expertise in Customer Support Operations will be invaluable as you engage with our customers and help them navigate their IT requests and issues. We are excited to see how you can make a difference in our organization! Provide technical support to resolve customer IT requests and issues. Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking, and follow-up of requests. Log requests and issues and perform defined procedures to resolve them. Monitor systems and trends to prevent incidents, problems, and errors. Schedule, track, and facilitate acceptance of changes to the production environments.

Here's what you will need: Advanced proficiency in Customer Support Operations. A minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant related skills. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies. Bonus points if you have: Intermediate proficiency in Technical Troubleshooting. Advanced proficiency in Communication Skills. Expert proficiency in Problem-Solving. Intermediate proficiency in Documentation Management. Master proficiency in Customer Relationship Management.
