Your role and prospects: Join our international network of Strategy & Consulting talents in the Supply Chain & Operations sector. You will work with innovative technologies on exciting projects, helping global companies to develop their IT strategies. In particular, you will:

1. Lead high-impact projects, driving strategic and organizational transformation initiatives;
2. Define and implement innovative operational models for Supply Chain and procurement;
3. Lead projects to optimize spending and reduce costs, applying methodologies such as Zero-Based Budgeting, Spend Optimization, and Cost Management;
4. Develop Strategic Sourcing strategies and Procurement Optimization models;
5. Conduct productivity analysis and benchmarking to improve performance and competitiveness;
6. Manage multidisciplinary teams, promoting collaboration and measurable results;
7. Lead organizational and digital change, guiding companies towards new business models.

If you share our passion for consulting in the Supply Chain & Operations sector and have the following characteristics, we are waiting for you:

• Proven experience (5-8 years) in strategic transformation projects in procurement, supply chain, and operations, preferably gained in complex consultancy contexts;
• Leadership and ability to influence high-level stakeholders;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach;
• Effective communication and storytelling skills for executive contexts;
• Master's degree and fluent knowledge of written and spoken English.
