Software Development Engineer

Analyze, design, code and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements and/or development work.

Must have skills: IBM WebSphere Application Server Application Deployment

Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Mentor junior professionals to foster their growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in IBM WebSphere Application Server Application Deployment.
• Strong understanding of application architecture and design principles.
• Experience with deployment automation tools and processes.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and performance tuning of applications.
• Ability to work with various programming languages and frameworks.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in IBM WebSphere Application Server Application Deployment.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
