Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. You will also perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work with creativity and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform
• Responsible for team decisions
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams
• Lead team meetings to discuss progress and challenges
• Implement best practices for software development
• Mentor junior team members for their professional growth

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP HANA DB Administration
• Strong understanding of SAP Basis Administration concepts
• Experience in SAP Basis system monitoring and performance tuning
• Knowledge of SAP system upgrades and installations
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP Basis related issues

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration
• This position is based at our Indore office
• A 15 years full-time education is required
