Software Development Engineer

Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work. Proficiency in PySpark is required. Minimum 7.5 years of experience is required. A 15 years full time education is required. This position is based in Pune.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in PySpark.
• Strong understanding of data processing frameworks and distributed computing.
• Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and services related to data processing.
• Ability to write efficient and optimized code for performance.
