Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of enhancements and maintenance tasks, while also contributing to the development of new features that meet client needs. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues and ensuring the quality of the application through rigorous testing and validation processes, all while adapting to the evolving requirements of the projects you are involved in.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights.

- Document processes and code changes to ensure clarity and maintainability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Administration.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features and functionalities.

- Experience with user management, security settings, and data management in Salesforce.

- Ability to create and manage reports and dashboards to support business needs.

- Familiarity with Salesforce automation tools such as Process Builder and Workflow Rules.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Administration.

- This position is based at our Chennai office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
