Software Development Engineer

Analyze, design, code, and test multiple components of application code across one or more clients. Perform maintenance, enhancements, and/or development work.

Must have skills: Sprinklr

Minimum 3 years of experience is required

Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with team members to analyze, design, and develop software solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot and debug software applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance skills.
• Assist in mentoring junior team members to foster growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sprinklr.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and methodologies.
• Experience with agile development practices.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable software solutions.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and services.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with social media management platforms.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Sprinklr.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full-time education is required.
