Software Configuration Engineer

Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM) is required. Minimum five years of experience is required. A 15 years full time education is required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of configuration management.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of configuration management processes and suggest improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM).
• Strong understanding of software configuration management principles.
• Experience with software customization and integration.
• Familiarity with business process design methodologies.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot configuration-related issues.
