Enterprise Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to lead the global design of field services for alcohol distribution, including draught beer equipment installation and servicing. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Oracle Technical Architecture, a strong background in Enterprise and Solution Architecture frameworks, and a proven ability to deliver complex, multi-tower, and multi-service transformational solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of field service solutions for alcohol distribution, focusing on draught beer equipment installation and servicing.
• Architect end-to-end integrated solutions that maximize value for clients by leveraging the best mix of offerings, assets, and capabilities.
• Conduct thorough assessments of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment of solutions with client organizational goals.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to drive consensus among stakeholders and address challenges.
• Develop comprehensive architectural designs, solution specifications, and implementation roadmaps.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring alignment with solution strategies and client expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance solution offerings.
• Troubleshoot and resolve challenges that span across multiple teams and domains.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience

• Advanced proficiency in Oracle Technical Architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks and Solution Architecture principles.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering complex, large-scale solutions in a global environment.
• Experience in field services and equipment installation/servicing solutions is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL is an asset.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-motivated individual who works well in a team environment.
• Ability to work as part of global, matrixed, and remote teams.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
• Self-driven with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
