Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Implementation Specialist to join our ServiceNow team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of ServiceNow solutions within a client consulting environment. You will lead the implementation and ongoing support of a ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) solution, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of IT asset and relationship data. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across multiple ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HR, HAM, and SAM. Other responsibilities include applying ServiceNow methodologies and follow platform best practices to design, build, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions that align with client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advanced knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, especially the CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and ITOM module.
• Strong understanding of CI (Configuration Item) Class models, relationships, and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Minimum 4 Years’ experience with designing, developing, testing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, etc.).
• Familiarity with MID server setup, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external data sources (e.g., SCCM, JAMF, SolarWinds, AWS, Azure).
• Strong data governance and data quality management practices.
• Proficiency with ITIL v3/v4 framework.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently along with previous experience leading small teams.
• Familiarity with Agile or DevOps environments and change delivery models.
• Undergraduate degree/diploma in Computer Programming or directly related field.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification and at least one other Certified Implementation Specialist designation.
• English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
British Columbia $61,800 to $182,400
