Service Delivery Operations Associate Manager

You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Design and implementation of tools and processes which enable the client to perform financial analysis of its statements. Involves the ability to assess materiality and volatility of financial statement line items and key metrics utilizing financial ratios to determine the financial health of the company.

Roles and responsibilities include:

• Analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
• Creating new solutions, leveraging and adapting existing methods and procedures
• Understanding the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
• Primary upward interaction with direct supervisor or team leads
• Interacting with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
• Requiring minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
• Decisions often impacting the team in which they reside and occasionally impacting other teams
• Managing medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts at a client or within Accenture
• Possible requirement to work in rotational shifts

Qualifications: Any Graduation, Post Graduate Diploma in Finance
