As a Delivery Lead at Accenture Technology, you will have a central role in ensuring successful project delivery, developing strong teams, and contributing to the growth of the security and defense industry.

As a Delivery Lead, you will be the driving force behind the planning and execution of complex projects and major transformation initiatives in both the defense and public sectors. You will work closely with clients on everything from increased digitalization of core operations to the development of secure digital infrastructures and future-proofing of critical systems.

You will have access to Accenture's global expertise and best practices, while entering into a close collaboration with skilled colleagues and partners in the Nordic region and internationally.

Your responsibilities include:

• Lead end-to-end delivery including ensuring that operational, quality, contractual, and financial goals are met.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships including stakeholders, resolve challenges, and create successful outcomes.
• Identify and drive new opportunities for further collaboration and follow-up projects.
• Develop your team and support colleagues' professional and personal growth.
• Collaborate with global teams and partners to bring innovative technologies into play.

We expect that you:

• Have documented experience with the design, delivery, and implementation of complex technology projects.
• Have experience with, or interest in, the defense industry and public security projects.
• Have experience leading major technological implementations of either applications or infrastructure.
• Have solid competencies in modern technologies such as data, generative AI, cloud, and enterprise solutions.
• Are a strong communicator who motivates and creates results through collaboration.
• Master Danish at a high level and speak fluent English.
• Are able to obtain Danish security clearance.
