Senior Security Consulting Manager

As a Senior Security Consulting Manager in Accenture's Financial Services Security team, you will represent Accenture Security at our leading clients in Financial Services, combining business, technical and commercial expertise to address complex security challenges and opportunities. You will oversee security-related activities, ensure smooth delivery of existing projects, and identify new opportunities to drive value for the client. You will function as a bridge between the client, the account team, and experts in the security domains and other teams across Accenture, locally and globally.

Key responsibilities include:

• Acting as the primary security representative for Accenture at the client.
• Collaborating with delivery teams to ensure project and program success and identify growth opportunities.
• Leveraging industry knowledge to help clients define, implement, and manage security strategy and solutions tailored to their business needs.
• Addressing broader key Financial Services challenges such as operational resilience, regulatory requirements, digitalization/transformation, sovereignty, cost reduction, M&A, GenAI, quantum computing.

You will have access to cutting-edge tools, technologies, and methodologies across Accenture's Security offerings, across:

• Cyber Strategy
• Cyber Protect
• Cyber Resilience
• Cyber Physical

You will be working in a data-driven environment, and get the needed insights to deliver projects, and develop new opportunities at the client. With all our roles, there is in-person time for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities.

Qualifications include:

• Security or technical degree preferred.
• 5–15 years of experience in Security.
• A strong network, warm senior relationships, and experience in Financial Services.
• Project management and/or consultancy experience.
• Commercial experience.
• A team player with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English (Dutch fluency highly preferred).
