Senior Operations Manager

Drive high-impact automotive marketing operations at Accenture. Join our Jaguar Land Rover team and lead the delivery of nameplate reveal content and strategic project milestones. As a Senior Operations Manager, you will be involved in:

Primary Focus

  • Own Stage Gate timings for end-to-end nameplate projects and escalate delivery risks
  • Track and report on nameplate reveal content
  • Communicate key deadlines and inputs across Accenture and JLR teams

Project Management

  • Forecast Demand Capacity and share updates with stakeholders
  • Maintain dashboards to monitor project health
  • Attend and lead client/agency briefings as the delivery expert

Accountability

  • Manage expectations and launch timings with JLR
  • Present Stage Gate timings via Accenture Master Brief Project Response
  • Identify and mitigate risks to delivery and SLA impact

Collaboration

  • Keep departments informed on project status and reveal updates
  • Attend weekly launch meetings and global brand sessions
  • Build strong relationships across Accenture Song and JLR teams
  • Sound working knowledge of all aspects of the marketing mix
  • Experience working in an advertising agency is essential
  • Innovative and strategic approach to problem-solving
  • Flair for multi-tasking and handling a high volume of work efficiently and accurately
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Financial acumen including estimating and budget tracking
  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • Experience project managing global processes
  • Adept at working effectively under pressure and meeting deadlines
  • People management experience
  • Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills
  • Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint for Mac
  • Understanding of a global account including roll-out to Markets
  • Able to manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders, both internal and external
  • Able to articulate and present ideas with conviction - excellent presentation skills (both in-person and via phone)
  • A clear communicator, in person and writing
  • Highly organised and flexible
  • Automotive experience would be beneficial
