Project: We are seeking a new talent to join the Information Technology Operations team where you will have the opportunity to collaborate on the project with the client.

Responsibilities:

  • Use strong problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Support executives outside of normal business hours or during travel
  • Utilize your expert knowledge of Windows and macOS environments; strong background with Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and mobile device management (MDM)
  • Enterprise networking, VPNs, and security tools; using video conferencing systems (Teams Rooms (windows/android) Webex, Poly/HP, Crestron, Logitech, etc)

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with Windows and macOS environments; Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, and mobile device management (MDM)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree
