Security Managed Services Practitioner

Deliver and manage security services across client environments to ensure protection, compliance, and operational resilience. Must have skills: Identity Access Management (IAM). Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As a Security Managed Services Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing and delivering comprehensive security services tailored to client environments. This role requires continuous monitoring and management to uphold protection standards, ensure compliance with relevant regulations, and maintain operational resilience. The practitioner collaborates with various stakeholders to address evolving security challenges, adapts strategies to dynamic environments, and ensures that security measures align with organizational goals and client expectations. The position demands proactive engagement in incident response, risk assessment, and service optimization to safeguard critical assets effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
  • Responsible for team decisions.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
  • Lead initiatives to improve security service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align security services with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Identity Access Management (IAM).
  • Strong knowledge of access control models, authentication protocols, and identity lifecycle management.
  • Experience with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to identity and access management.
  • Ability to design, implement, and maintain IAM solutions across diverse IT environments.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex IAM-related issues to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Familiarity with integration of IAM systems with cloud platforms and enterprise applications.
