As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability, including methods, tools, training, and assets. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in Security Operations Center (SOC) Planning is required. Expert proficiency in Splunk Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Security Delivery Governance is suggested. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to ensure timely delivery of security services. Foster a collaborative environment by facilitating regular team meetings and encouraging open communication. Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to enhance project outcomes. Continuously assess and improve security service delivery processes to align with industry best practices. Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional development.
