Roles and Responsibilities: Rebate Program Management 1. Support end-to-end rebate lifecycle from contract interpretation to payout execution 2. Apply rebate slabs, tiered discounts, and customer-specific agreements to validate rebate amounts 3. Ensure rebate data accuracy based on transaction-level details. Data Analytics & Insights 1. Track rebate performance, accruals, and financial exposure 2. Create dashboards/reports on rebate utilization, distributor trends, and exceptions 3. Highlight variances in forecasts vs. actual payouts. Financial Accuracy & Compliance 1. Ensure proper documentation of rebate calculations to support audits and compliance checks 2. Partner with finance teams to validate accrual postings and ensure accurate payout processing. Cross-Functional Collaboration 1. Work with sales, finance, and commercial teams on rebate clarifications 2. Escalate discrepancies and support resolution of disputes with internal stakeholders. System & Process Management 1. Update and maintain rebate data in ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Vistex) 2. Support automation and process improvements for rebate calculation accuracy and efficiency. Forecasting & Planning 1. Support scenario modeling to assess the financial impact of new rebate programs or changes to existing structures.
