Sales Capture Associate Director
As a Sales Capture Associate Director specializing in the Financial Services Industry with a focus on Banking, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that address the unique challenges and opportunities within the banking sector. Your expertise in financial services, combined with your ability to build strong client relationships, will be critical in achieving sales targets and driving client success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets within the banking sector.
- Identify market trends, client needs, and competitive insights to shape go-to-market strategies.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in banking institutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning solutions to meet their needs.
Opportunity Identification and Development:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the financial services industry, with a focus on banking.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure.
Solution Selling:
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and present innovative solutions tailored to the banking sector.
- Leverage Accenture's capabilities in digital transformation, cloud, AI, and other emerging technologies to address client challenges.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with delivery teams, industry experts, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a high-performing sales culture.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and policies throughout the sales lifecycle.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or consulting within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on banking.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a complex, consultative sales environment.
