You will be aligned with the Finance Operations vertical and contribute to determining financial outcomes through the collection of operational data and reports, detailed analysis, and transaction reconciliation. Record to Report (R2R) is a core finance and accounting function responsible for capturing, processing, and reporting accurate financial information. It encompasses activities such as recording financial transactions, managing accruals, performing account and bank reconciliations, and accounting for fixed assets, depreciation, and amortization. The process also includes financial consolidation, treasury activities, and compliance with financial reporting standards and SOX requirements. The primary objective of R2R is to deliver reliable and timely financial statements and analysis that present a transparent view of the organization's financial performance. Design and implementation of tools and processes which enable the client to perform financial analysis of its statements. Involves the ability to assess materiality and volatility of financial statement line items and key metrics utilizing financial ratios to determine the financial health of the company.
