You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Posting journal entries, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, reviewing entries and reconciliations, preparing cash forecasting statement, supporting month end closing, preparing reports and supports in audits. Design and implement process and solutions to record and process all aspects of fixed assets accounting. Includes chart of accounts alignment, back office integration, folio management, payment processing, transfer & retirement of assets, physical inventory and Construction In Process (CIP) project accounting.

MBA Finance, CA, CMA, ICWA, CPA Provide strategic oversight for global lease accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transformation alignment. 10–14 years of RTR / Technical Accounting experience. Proven expertise in ASC 842 lease accounting and automation projects (e.g., Power BI, RPA, Snowflake). Exceptional leadership, stakeholder, and transformation experience. Lead overall service delivery across multiple countries. Ensure SOX compliance, accuracy, and audit readiness. Partner with client leadership on automation and efficiency projects. Coach and mentor team leads across geographies.
