Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will apply your business and functional knowledge to develop comprehensive testing strategies, utilizing quality processes and methodologies. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, ensuring effective test execution and defect resolution throughout the application lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall team performance.
• Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts, to ensure thorough coverage of application functionalities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TWS Administration, Shell Scripting.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Shell Scripting.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
• Familiarity with defect tracking tools and test management software.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in TWS Administration.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A BE is required.
