Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will oversee a dedicated team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality applications. You will leverage your expertise to develop comprehensive testing strategies, applying quality processes and methodologies to enhance the overall application lifecycle. By focusing on key metrics, you will manage and assess the testing process, ensuring effective test execution and timely defect resolution, ultimately driving quality and efficiency in the development process.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.- Develop and maintain testing documentation to ensure clarity and consistency.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TOSCA Testsuite, ALIP Life & Annuity Functional, Functional Test Planning, ALIP Development.- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ALIP Life & Annuity Functional, Functional Test Planning, ALIP Development.- Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies.- Experience in defect tracking and management tools.- Proficient in creating and executing test cases and test scripts.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in TOSCA Testsuite.- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
