Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Minimum 12 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality applications. You will apply your business and functional knowledge to develop comprehensive testing strategies, utilizing quality processes and methodologies to enhance the overall application lifecycle. Your role will also include defining and implementing key metrics to effectively manage and assess the testing process, ensuring that test execution and defect resolution are handled efficiently and effectively.

• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and make recommendations for improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
• Experience in performance testing and load testing methodologies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Functional Test Planning.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
