Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Must have skills: SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)

Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will focus on developing comprehensive testing strategies, applying quality processes and methodologies, and managing the testing lifecycle to enhance overall product quality and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training and mentorship for junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to ensure optimal performance and quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and testing frameworks.
• Experience with automated testing tools and techniques.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
