Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and ensure high-quality standards throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires overseeing the development of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. Throughout the day, the lead monitors testing processes, manages key performance metrics, and facilitates effective defect resolution to maintain the integrity and reliability of the applications. Collaboration with diverse teams and continuous process improvement are central to the daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Applications Development. - Strong knowledge of quality engineering principles and testing methodologies. - Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies. - Ability to define and track key quality metrics to assess testing progress and outcomes. - Skilled in defect management and resolution processes. - Familiarity with ecosystem integration and multi-disciplinary team collaboration.

Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Applications Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
