Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.

Good to have skills: Security Compliance Management

Minimum 12 years of experience is required

Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education

Summary: As a Security Consulting Practitioner, you will advise clients on their business protection journey by shaping security strategy, designing solutions, and providing guidance to strengthen cyber resilience. Your typical day will involve engaging with clients to understand their unique security needs, collaborating with various teams to develop tailored security strategies, and ensuring that the solutions provided align with industry standards and best practices. You will also be responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of implemented strategies and making necessary adjustments to enhance security posture.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in security compliance.
• Conduct regular assessments to identify potential security gaps and recommend improvements.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Security Compliance Management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance standards.
• Experience in risk assessment and management processes.
• Ability to develop and implement security policies and procedures.
• Familiarity with security auditing and reporting tools.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 10 years of experience in Security Compliance Management.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
