As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring project milestones are met, and adapting strategies to align with project goals while maintaining effective communication across teams. You will also monitor project performance and implement necessary adjustments to optimize outcomes, ensuring that all aspects of the project are aligned with organizational objectives and client expectations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and report on key performance indicators.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SAP Analytics Cloud Planning.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
- Experience in project management methodologies and tools.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with financial planning and budgeting processes.
