Project Control Services Practitioner

Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Must have skills: Project Program & Portfolio Governance. Good to have skills: Financial Management Reporting, Resource Capacity Forecasting & Planning, Reporting Analytics. Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills.
• Monitor project performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Project Program & Portfolio Governance.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Financial Management Reporting, Resource Capacity Forecasting & Planning, Reporting Analytics.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
• Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Project Program & Portfolio Governance.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
