Boosting vendor compliance, cutting savings erosion, improving discount capture using preferred suppliers, and in confirming pricing and terms prior to payment. Responsible for accounting of goods and services, through requisitioning, purchasing and receiving. Also look after order sequence of procurement and financial process end to end.
The Accounts Payable Processing team focuses on designing, implementing, managing and supporting accounts payable activities by applying the relevant processes, policies and applications. The team is responsible for timely and accurate billing and processing of invoices, managing purchase and non-purchase orders and two-way and three-way matching of invoices. Design, implement, manage and support accounts payable activities for an organization by applying the relevant processes, policies and applications.
Involved in higher aspects and complex financial accounting relating to the following: Fixed Assets – Additions, Divestments (sale, transfer, discarding etc), Intercompany / Hub, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting, Refining, Pipelines, Marketing, Lubes.
Financial Accounting & Analysis Expert Account Reconciliations Skilled(S) Knowledge of ERP systems – eg SAP/Oracle/JDEdwards Trained Business Finance Trained MS Office (knowledge of Excel Macros is preferred).

Ensures that assigned monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting targets are met. May be called to participate in the development and installation of system enhancements when required. Reviews financial accounting and regulatory requirements as well as client accounting policies and procedures, and ensures compliance. Requires good knowledge of multiple systems and data flows.
