As New Domain Solutions & Offering Development Lead, you will be responsible for defining the strategic vision, technical architecture, ecosystem partnerships, and go-to-market strategy for emerging domains. This role operates at the intersection of artificial intelligence, cloud, edge computing, and industry transformation, ensuring that new capabilities are incubated with discipline and become scalable, revenue-generating offerings.

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategy and Investment Roadmap
    • Define a 2–3 year domain strategy aligned with Cloud First and Data & AI priorities.
    • Develop market opportunity analysis and competitive positioning.
    • Establish phased milestones (concept validation, pilot commercialization, scalable offering).
    • Secure executive sponsorship and investment alignment.
  • Technical Innovation and Architecture Development
    • Define reference architectures integrating AI/ML, edge computing, IoT, and real-time analytics.
    • Lead early prototypes, proof of concepts (PoC), and pilot programs.
    • Ensure alignment with AI Refinery, enterprise architecture, and platform standards.
    • Establish security, reliability, and scalability principles for production environments.
  • Ecosystem Development and Alliances
    • Build strategic relationships with OEMs, hardware vendors, hyperscalers, and emerging technology partners.
    • Drive co-innovation programs and joint development initiatives.
    • Identify funding programs and investment vehicles to accelerate growth.
  • Commercialization and Scale Transition
    • Define clear criteria for transitioning from pilot to repeatable offering.
    • Package validated capabilities into accelerators or managed services.
    • Collaborate with Industry Leaders and Business Groups for vertical adoption.
    • Avoid premature scaling before achieving product-market fit.
  • Governance, Risk, and Compliance
    • Establish security, legal responsibility, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
    • Ensure alignment with Responsible AI, cybersecurity, and operational risk principles.
    • Define a monitoring model for integration with physical systems and critical infrastructure.

Governance and Interaction Model

  • Collaborate with specific platform offer leaders for technical integration.
  • Work with industry leadership for client adoption and scalability.
  • Align with Responsible AI, Security, and Enterprise Architecture governance bodies.
  • Participate in quarterly domain investment reviews and milestone tracking.

Role Requirements

  • More than 15 years of experience in AI, advanced engineering, robotics, edge computing, IoT, real-time analytics, or other emerging technologies, with proven leadership in defining solutions and technical architecture.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • More than 5 years of experience incubating and commercializing new technical capabilities (concept validation, pilots/PoC, and transition to repeatable offerings or accelerators) in enterprise environments.
  • Advanced English/bilingual.

Professional Skills Requirements

  • Proven track record in launching new technical capabilities in enterprise environments, with clear milestones from validation to scaled offering.
  • Experience managing ecosystem partnerships and co-innovation programs with OEMs, hardware vendors, hyperscalers, and emerging technology partners.
  • Strong skills in managing executive stakeholders, strategic communication, and securing sponsorship and investment alignment.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous, early-stage environments with disciplined execution, clear governance, and measurable results.
