Partner Marketing Manager

The Partner Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving joint marketing initiatives with our most strategic global partners. This role is responsible for developing and executing co marketing strategies that align with both our business objectives and those of our partners. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in B2B marketing, partner ecosystems, and semiconductor or high tech industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner Strategy Planning
• Develop and execute integrated marketing plans with strategic partners to drive joint business growth.
• Align marketing initiatives with partner business goals, sales targets, and product roadmaps.
• Campaign Development Execution
• Lead the creation of co branded campaigns, product launches, digital content, and demand generation programs.
• Manage end to end campaign execution including messaging, creative development, and performance tracking.
• Market Development Fund MDF Management
• Own the planning, allocation, and ROI tracking of MDF investments.
• Guide partners on proposal development and ensure compliance with branding and ROI standards.
• Stakeholder Management
• Act as the primary marketing liaison between internal teams sales, product, comms and partner marketing counterparts.
• Build strong relationships with partner stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Performance Reporting
• Define KPIs and measure the effectiveness of partner marketing programs.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to internal and partner stakeholders.
• Enablement Content
• Collaborate with product and content teams to develop partner facing assets such as solution briefs, case studies, and sales enablement tools.
• Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all partner touchpoints.
• Event Program Support
• Support joint participation in industry events, webinars, and partner summits.
• Coordinate logistics, messaging, and promotional activities for partners.
