As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. You will engage with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be a subject matter expert.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training sessions for junior team members to enhance their skills.
• Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must to have skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Data Services.
• Good to have skills: Experience with cloud computing platforms and services.
• Strong understanding of application integration techniques.
• Familiarity with low-code development environments.
• Experience in managing software release cycles and version control.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Data Services. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
