As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role requires managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer collaborates with various stakeholders to align technical solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms. Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving are essential to maintain seamless operations and adapt to changing business environments effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous learning and development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Merchandise Operations.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and release management processes.
• Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services.
• Familiarity with low-code platforms to customize and extend packaged applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain application stability.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in BlueYonder Merchandise Operations. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
