Good to have skills: SAP TM Transportation Management. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability of the system environment. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to monitor and enhance application functionality is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM, SAP TM Transportation Management.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management modules and their integration with other SAP components.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SaaS applications using standard tools and APIs.
• Ability to work with low-code platforms to develop and adapt application features.
• Familiarity with release management processes and ensuring system stability during updates.
• Good problem-solving skills to analyze and resolve application-related issues efficiently.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP EWM.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
