As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. The engineer works closely with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration and continuous monitoring are key aspects of the daily routine to deliver reliable and efficient application services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in BlueYonder Price and Promotions Management.
• Experience in configuring and customizing packaged or software as a service applications to meet business needs.
• Familiarity with using application programming interfaces and low-code platforms for solution development.
• Ability to manage application releases and ensure system stability and performance.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges within and across teams.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in BlueYonder Price and Promotions Management. This position is based at our Chennai office. A 15 years full time education is required.
