As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet business requirements, managing software releases, and ensuring the stability of the systems. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with the specific needs of the business while maintaining compatibility and performance across various applications. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with multiple teams to deliver effective solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Workday HCM Security.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and management.
• Experience with system integration and data migration processes.
• Familiarity with low-code development platforms and APIs.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
