Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application efficiency and user experience. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BlueYonder Enterprise Supply Planning. - Strong knowledge of configuring and customizing packaged and software as a service applications to meet business needs. - Experience working with application programming interfaces and low-code platforms to develop and integrate solutions. - Ability to manage software release cycles and ensure system stability through effective monitoring and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with best practices in application lifecycle management and performance optimization. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges across multiple teams.
