Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Expert proficiency in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
• Experience with APIs and low-code platforms for application integration.
• Familiarity with software release management and version control.
• Ability to analyze and optimize system performance.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.
• This position is based at our Manila office.
