Drive high-level design (HLD) acceptance and ensure alignment with business goals. Conduct low-level design (LLD) reviews to validate technical feasibility and adherence to standards. Define and enforce strategic patterns and design guidelines across projects. Provide architectural oversight for.NET microservices and Azure PaaS solutions. Ensure code quality and test quality through reviews, automation, and best practices. Lead coding efforts with a focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance. Act as a problem solver, addressing technical challenges with innovative solutions. Contribute to project planning and roadmap creation, aligning technical deliverables with business priorities. Collaborate with stakeholders to balance short-term needs with long-term architectural vision. Provide training, coaching, and mentoring to tech leads and developers. Build technical leadership capacity within the team by guiding on architecture, design, and coding practices. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
