Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and optimize application functionality is also a key part of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform independently and become an SME.
• Active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases to support team learning and continuity.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Experience in developing and maintaining scalable backend services using Spring Boot framework.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management including deployment and release processes.
• Ability to work with low-code platforms and standard tools to customize and extend packaged applications.
• Knowledge of performance tuning and troubleshooting techniques for Java-based applications.
