As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across various applications. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of application processes, ensuring that the systems operate efficiently and effectively to meet organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the configuration and support of packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements.
• Engage in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Spring Boot, React.js.
• Strong understanding of web development frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
