Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. You will engage with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions that enhance user experience and operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and management.
• Familiarity with low-code development platforms.
• Ability to work with APIs for system integration.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Splunk.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
