Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required. Educational Qualification: 15 years full time education.

As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs to implement solutions, and ensuring that the applications perform optimally while meeting user needs. You will also engage in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise, contributing to the overall success of the application deployment and maintenance processes.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the documentation of application configurations and processes to ensure knowledge sharing within the team.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in packaged and SaaS applications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and management.
• Experience with APIs and low-code platforms for application development.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues effectively.
• Familiarity with release management processes and best practices.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
