As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to discussions that enhance the overall functionality and user experience of the applications you support. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Assist in the documentation of application configurations and updates to ensure clarity and continuity.- Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback and refine application features based on user experience. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis.- Experience with stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering.- Strong understanding of application configuration and management.- Familiarity with low-code platforms and their application in business solutions.- Ability to analyze and document business processes for application alignment.

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Business Requirements Analysis. This position is based at our Bengaluru office. A 15 years full time education is required.
