Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
• Monitor application performance and implement necessary improvements.
• Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Expert proficiency in ASP.NET MVC.
• Strong understanding of web application development and architecture.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
• Experience in implementing RESTful APIs and web services.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
• This position is based at our Manila office. Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required.
